STUDENT MANUALS:
Per American Heart Association regulations, Student Manuals are required for all courses, except for Skills Testing. As a result, our fees include the cost of Student Manuals. Students are expected to have Course Manuals during the class for which they sign up.
PAYMENT:
Due to limited space, please complete the payment step promptly, so your appointment may be confirmed, and a spot reserved.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please cancel your appointment (ONLINE/EMAIL or BY PHONE) as soon as you know you will not attend the class for which you're registered, up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. This will allow others to sign up for a seat in the class.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations on the day of the scheduled course. An opportunity to reschedule the cancelled class will be offered, and will be honored for up to 60 days following the date of cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued for No-shows.
Refunds for payments made through Paypal, will be issued through Paypal.
**All conditions regarding the cancellation policy in the preceding paragraph must be met.**
